SUCCEED Training and Development Ltd. was established in 2004 to provide efficient, expert solutions to businesses, the public sector and individuals. Our primary services include workplace training and mentoring. Our staff trainers and associates serve a wide range of individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations and are experts in the field of learning and development.

Rachel Walmsley is a co-director at Succeed and a partner at Mentor-UK. She also works as a consultant in schools using transformational learning tools including Visualisation and Peer Coaching. For the past 8 years she has delivered a training programme entitled: ‘Creating a Coaching Culture’, which has been successfully implemented by over 100 schools nationally.

Rachel is co-author of 'The Little Book of Visualisation' published by Fisher King Publishing.

Rachel is keen to work with any organisation that is ready for change, where individuals take responsibility, and where stake holders are keen to become the solution they want to see.

Time management is really a mislabelled problem. We can’t manage time; what we have to do is learn to manage ourselves in the time we have available.
